招聘职位：亚太区IT 实习生――IT Intern
具体招聘信息：
Responsibilities:
1.Provide IT helpdesk support to Asia Pacific employees of the company, perform the Remedy input.
2.Communicate with end user to confirm on support completion based on selected out-bound call basis, gather feedbacks and communication to the IT team
3.Good skill for daily admin issue, including in-coming mails, phone calls/fax, all office supply and maintenance, etc.
4.Maintain the company’s IT-related documents, asset inventory and statistics, etc..
5.Update and maintain document of RFE, Vendor & supplier updates based on the information provided.
6.Administrate on IT related consumable parts and contact suppliers
7.Assist IT dept to relative job.
Requirement:
1.Full Time Job handles
2.Be familiar with MS office application, network, printers and Desktop allocations.
3.Willing to do daily routine work, follow the requirement to perform system data input, as well phone answer for IT supporting request
4.Understand how to gather information and document management with update as well.
5.Good communication skill and personality work with the team
6.Patient, responsible, adaptable to handle high work pressure
7.Have competence to well understanding on requirement and expectation
8.Team player, quick learner
9.Good command of spoken,, reading and writing in English
10.Understand priority setting to arrange assigned works to be completed as planned and expected
