Qualifications:
Bachelor or master degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Good written English skill
Personal Qualities:
Stable and willing to work in IBM as a vendor
willing to take responsibility
Good communication skill
Good teamwork
Self-motivated
Fast learning
Skills Requirements:
- Programming skills:
Java, JSP, JavaScript, HTML, J2EE, struts, design patterns, other popular frameworks experience is plus
Strong knowledge of Database systems and development
Familiar with Websphere Application Server, Familiar with IBM java development IDE such as Eclipse, WSAD, RAD or WID
Familiar with DB2 development tools and products
Others as a plus:
Stored procedure and User Defined Function development, Database design, performance tuning, Database administration is plus
Software engineering knowledge & experience
knowledge for IBM products: Websphere, DB2, Lotus, Rational, Tivoli
Web Services & SOA
Technical writing
