A U.S. based small high-tech venture firm is launching a start-up company in Beijing, China, with the great potential to have the growth as other successful Internet companies. The company is looking for several talented, self-motivated, hardworking and experienced .Net Software Engineers with degrees in Computer Science or related fields to work on very challenging projects. The company is also seeking a graphic designer / web designer / graphic artist who possess strong creative skills and the capability to work with various graphic design tools.



Qualified candidates will be offered full-time positions with stock options. They will be the first group of employees to have exciting and tremendous career growth opportunities with the company.



For .Net Software Engineer(s)



Requirements include:



- Bachelor Degree (Master Degree preferred) in Computer Science or related fields

- Experience in Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server 2000/2005

- Strong Microsoft .Net programming skills and web development experience

- Excellent Transact SQL and database development skills

- Dream Weaver, Photo Shop, Style Sheet and Macromedia Flash

- Strong problem solving skills

- Excellent team player


The candidate(s) should also be familiar with the following technologies:

- TCP/IP

- Microsoft Windows 2000/2003, IIS

- Network Configuration

- Hardware experience



For Graphic Designer



- Expertise in Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, Fireworks

- Proficient in Dream Weaver, Style Sheet

- Proficient in digital photography

- Familiar with studio photography and lighting

- Web programming experience is a plus
