Tel Sales-Shanghai 工作职责：
Responsibility:
• 向数据库中的客户发送电子邮件并维护数据库；
Update client database and send promotion letter to clients
• 通过电话发展新客户、维护老客户；
Develop new clients and maintain existing ones
• 回答客户询问、发掘客户需求，销售公开课，并把内训需求转给销售经理；
Answer inquiry, explore training needs, sell public courses, and transfer the in-house needs to sales manager
• 处理客户报名、付款、退款、延期等事宜；
Handle registration, payment transfer/refund and course delay /cancellation
职位要求：
Job requirements:
• 认真负责，注重细节，个性独立；
Responsible, detail oriented and independent
• 有电话销售或者咨询行业经验者优先考虑；
Tele marketing experience preferred
• 本科学历，经济相关专业，财务或会计专业优先；
Bachelor degree, major in finance or economic related
• 良好的英文书写及口头交流能力；
Good English communication skill
• 熟练使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook。
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
薪酬福利：
Compensation & Benefit:
• 试用期内底薪税前2000-2500元/月，转正后2300-2800元/月，视综合素质而定；
Basic salary in probation is RMB2000-2500/month, it’s RMB2300-2800/month negotiaiable after probation
• 销售佣金3%；
Commission rate is 3%
• 销售奖金视任务完成情况发放；
Bonus depends on the achievement of sales target
• 按国家相关法律规定缴纳四金。
