CI Support Consultant -Cantonese Speaking
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
In CIC, work as a frontline for customer and frequently communicate with customer in their local language and we are supporting several countries so we need Angent who can speak multiple language with higher level.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
High communication skill or high motivation to develop communication skill.
Language Skill:
- Chinese (Native)
- Cantonese (Native or nealy native)
- English (CET 6 or higher)
Mind set:
Interested in communicating customer with multi-language
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Picking up calls from customers
Call customer and disscuss about SAP support
WHAT WE OFFER
Contract Type: 6-month intern or 6-month temp contract
