Description:
ACDP (Accounting Development Program) is a 12-month rotational program, which is one of mid-level talent pipeline designed to enhance the Finance bench strength of Ingersoll Rand China.
Functional rotations are complemented by leadership training and exposure to senior leadership. Through experiences among sectors, ACDP participants build strong foundations that will prepare them for their careers with Ingersoll Rand.
Qualifications:
1.Minimum 3 years experience with Big 4 firms or, progressive experience in a manufacturing/commercial environment (preferably in an MNC).
2.Major in Economics, Accounting, or MBA, etc.
3.CPA certified (China CPA, and overseas CPA qualification such as ACCA or AICPA preferred).
4.Fluent in both written and spoken English.
5.Good communication skills and teamwork attitude, strong interpersonal skills.
