Our Internship Programme is a program geared towards high caliber graduates to place them in business and prepare them for our Bank development. As part of our Annual Management Trainee Program, Internship Programme will provide those young graduates with the job opportunity, mentoring and professional development. Depending on where you are based, our Internship Programme lasts between two and four months and can be taken in one of business areas. This enables us to assess whether you’re right for CKWB – and gives you the chance to decide if we’re right for you. If we’re right for each other, at the end of your internship we’ll seek to convert them into full time employees after their graduation or refer as recommended candidates of our Annual Management Trainee Program.
To qualify, you should be:
• An honor degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Highly passionate with banking industry and strong international business sense;
• A team player with a strong desire to succeed and to make things happen;
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Read to start your career with basic hands-on task or relocate within China on business need.
