韩语客户技术支持(Customer Care-Technical--Korean Speaking)

Responsibilities:

Our service desk is quite challenging as we service multi-national companies that demand only the best quality of service only HP can provide. Chances to work with global contacts is very high, and the service we provide is up to par with world-class standards.

Job description

Customer care technicians take calls from customers and initiate correct response to them with a positive and professional manner.

Dealing with a wide range of products and utilizing a powerful database, youll provide remote solutions to problems, increasing with complexity along with your experience level.

Youll ask questions, probe problems, and verify what has been done and, explain what to do in such a way that non-technical users can understand what action to take.

Qualifications

If you are a technically skilled individual with a positive attitude and customer savvy, you might be the kind of person we are looking for! Since we are a multi-national account, English skills are a plus. Applicants must be teachable, willing to learn new things, pro-active and responsible.

Requirements:

Should have native level Korean language skill

Should have a competent comprehension in English.

If a candidate has prior call center experience, the better.

Strong leadership skills

Team player

Willing to submit to stringent Quality Assurance Monitoring programs.

Must have flexibility and ownership

Teachable (quick learner, willing to learn new processes, ability to adhere to processes

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Technical skills

Overall attitude
