Responsibility：
职责：
- Assist Maintenance Manager to set up and modify the process document and procedures in facility and equipment management for maintenance team.
- Regularly collect and file all documents, record, FA acceptance sheet and all other department materials.
- File all maintenance team documents and drawings orderly.
- Assist maintenance team to update building’s document timely and file them orderly.
- Prepare required report with Maintenance Manager.
- Record maintenance request from plant and distribute information to maintenance team, track and feedback result to requestor.
- Contractors and visitors reception for maintenance team. Minor coordination between maintenance team and other functional department.
Requirements：
任职资格：
- Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Team work and incentive
- Good English skill in listening, oral, reading and writing
- Must be good at Auto CAD
- Good Windows office skills
