Research Engineer( Asia Technical Center) 地点：上海

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Technical research on the fluid control and motion control area, including research scale, plan, researching, testing, report writing；

2. Prototype design and assembly, testing system design and set up, testing program/procedure creation；

3. Leading design of the product development with 3D CAD solid models.

4. Coordination of design and testing；

5. Qualifying designs utilizing regulations established by UL, CE, ATEX, CSA, ASME, ASTM, NEMA, ISO, customer specifications, and engineering standards established by Norgren；

6. Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA)；

7. Train, mentor, and motivate team members.

Education & Work Experience:  

A university master degree in Engineering of Electronical-mechanical, Fluid/solid mechanism. 2 or 3 years of technical researching experience is required.  A Doctor’s degree is preferred.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

1. Proficient in relative major theory, regarding as the solid/fluid mechanics, system control, Micro-electronics；

2. Familiar with the programming with C++; Visual Basic, or other common programming language.

3. Ability to set up the testing system with industry computer with the applying program, such as Delphi, Matlab, Labview, etc.;

4. 3D CAD modeling (i.e. AutoCAD, Inventor, Solid Works, and/or Pro-E, etc.);

5. Proficient in verbal and written English;

6. Problem Solving, time management, prioritization, and awareness of business and finance implications;

7. Visualization, innovation, initiative, professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work in a team environment;

8. General office and PC skills including Microsoft Office applications, organization, filing, etc.;

9. Ability to travel overseas.
