1. Position Title: Post Dr(4G)    Location: Shanghai
Responsibility:
?       Low complexity Gbps wireless transmission technology and MIMO-OFDM based cross layer design 
?       Wideband RF and multip antenna implementation technology study 
?       High speed baseband processing technology study 
?       Innovatie solution design for new generation radio

Requirements
?       Knowledge on OFDM, MC-CDMA and MIMO 
?       Proficient in link level or system level simulation using Matlab, C, C++, OPNET, NS2 
?       High responsibility, dedication and team spirit
?       Excellent verbal and written English, CET-6 or above 
?       Ph.D in wireless communication related 

2.Position Title: 4G Research scientist    Location :Shanghai
Responsibility:

3. Position Title: Post Dr. (next generation mobile TV radio solution) Location: Shanghai
Responsibility:
?       Research and innovation in radio communication or related area 
?       Responsible for pre-study of edging cutting broadcasting/multicast techniques including protocol/algorithms design, analysis, simulation in radio communication 
?       Theoretical analysis and prototype design 
?       Contribution to patent, standardization and paper

Requirements
?       Familiar with C/C++, MATLAB, CCSS and OPNET/NS2 
?       Familiar with key broadcast/multicast techniques based on OFDM/MIMO, cognitive radio or more advanced future techniques such as mesh network, ad hoc network et al. 
?       Knowledge about 3GPP LTE or Wimax is a plus
?       Familiar with FPGA and DSP design in wireless communication system is preferred
?       Experience in baseband prototype building is a plus 
?       High responsibility, dedication and team spirit
?       Excellent verbal, writing, presentation and communication skills in English,CET-6 
?       Ph.D in radio/wireless communication or related area 

4.  Position Title: Post Doctor(Wireless Base Station)  Location: Shanghai

Responsibility:
?       Responsible for research and innovation in distributed antenna system, looking forward for new research direction, focus on network architecture and key technologies in PHY layer. 
?       Provide technique preparation for further distributed antenna wireless system. 
?       Follow and discover the latest technology and possible evolution direction in this research area, prepare the future for research and possible

Requirements
?       Working experience in distributed antenna system will be preferred 
?       Innovative and team work spirit
?       High Computer skill
?       Language ability: Fluent English, CET-6 
?       PhD , major in Wireless telecommunications or related 

5. Position Title: Research Scientist (wireless access)Location: Shanghai

Responsibility:
?       Responsible for research and innovation in WiMAX networks or other wireless communication area, should have strong technical background and innovation ability. 
?       Theoretical analysis and prototype validation. 
?       Responsible for wireless physical layer or MAC layer technical research. 
?       Contribution to paper publication, patent application and standardization. 
?       Focus the research work in multi-hop relay and mesh wireless network

Requirements
?       Hope the candidates have related experiences, the outstanding PhD candidates are also acceptable. 
?       Strong skills and experiences in the wireless simulation tools, such as Matlab or OPNET. 
?       Creativity and team spirit
?       Good verbal and written communication skill in English,CET-6 
?       PhD, major in Telecommunications or computer related

6. Position Title: Post-Dr (Access Network )  Location: Shanghai

Responsibility:
?       Responsible for research and innovation in Access&Edge network domain. Study forward-looking technology in Access & Edge network. 
?       Study and propose some innovative application models and effective solutions for products in Access&Edge network.

Requirements
?       Expert knowledge or experience in network infrastructure and communication technologies. 
?       Creativity and team spirit.
?       English Communication Skills, both oral and written capability are required, CET-6
?       Ph.D degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics. 

7. Position Title: Research Scientist(AN/HN)
Location: Shanghai

Responsibility:
?       Responsible for research and innovation in access network and home network areas, should have strong technical background and innovation ability. 
?       Responsible for wired access, FMC and NGN technical research. 
?       Responsible for theoretical analysis and prototype validation. 
?       Contribution to paper publication, patent application and standardization.

Requirements
?       Strong theoretical basis of data network and related fields. Experience with network research and development. 
?       Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following fields would be an advantage: FMC, access network, NGN. 
?       Creativity and team spirit
?       English communication skills, both oral and written capabilities are required, CET-6
?       PhD degree in Communication engineering, Computer Science, Electronics.


8. Position Title: Research Scientist (MIMO)    Location: Shanghai

Responsibility:
?       Responsible for key technologies research in PHY and MAC layers for 3GPP LTE, 4G esp. on multi-user/Network MIMO and cross-layer optimal resource allocation  etc.
?       Strong theoretical analysis and system-level simulations for system performance evaluation
?       Need to accomplish patents and contributions to international standards and able to regularly communicate with international experts

Requirements
?       Strong research experience on OFDM and MIMO or cross-layer resource allocation   
?       Familiar with Matlab, C, OPNET etc
?       Favorite research work, team-working and creativity
?       Be fluent in written/oral English, CET-6
?       PhD in wireless communication with solid theoretical background
9. Position Title: Post-doctor (Wireless Resource Allocation)   Location: Shanghai

Responsibility:
?       Responsible for key technologies research in PHY and MAC layers for 3GPP LTE, 4G esp. on Network MIMO and/or cross-layer optimal resource allocation  etc.
?       Responsible for forwarding looking innovative technologies revolution for next-generation broadband mobile communication
?       Need to accomplish patents and publication in top-level international conferences and/or journals

Requirements
?       Strong research experience on OFDM and MIMO or cross-layer design   
?       Familiar with Matlab, C etc
?       Favorite research work, team-working and creativity
?       Be fluent in written/oral English, CET-6
?       PhD in wireless communication with solid theoretical background

10. Position Title: Post-doc (Telecom Applications)   Location: Shanghai
Responsibility:
?       Research in mobile applications, as well as other telecom value added services, e.g. Mobile TV, Rich Media, LBS, IM.
?       Study the market trend, technology trend and product solution.
?       Contribute to paper publication, patent application and standardization.
Requirements
?       Good knowledge of mobile/Internet applications and technology
?       Self-motivated and good team work spirit.
?       Excellent oral and written English communication and presentation skills, CET-6
?       Ph. D. in computer science, Multimedia or telecommunications.

11. Position Title: Post-doc (transmission)     Location: Shanghai

Responsibility:
?       Responsible for key technologies research of transmission network 
?       Responsible for forwarding looking innovative technologies and network evolution  revolution of transmission 
?       Contribution on patents/standard and cooperate strategy 

Requirements
?       Solid background in telecom domain
