Requirements:
-University degree in the field of mechanics, electrics or physics. Good technical understanding and experience may compensate for a university degree.
-Fluent English communication (written & verbal) and good command of computer skills
-Willing to travel and to present solutions to customers
-Excellent co-operation with colleagues within a project team
-Social competence, improvement and development skills, motivating character
-Self-motivating with the ability to work without close supervision
-Knowledge and experience in the Ventilation, Air Condition, Refrigeration Industry can be an advantage

Responsibilities:
Supporting the Business Segment Manager of Ventilation, Air condition & Refrigeration in:
-Transforming customer requirements into value added technical solutions
-Market analysis for product and application requirements
-Development of Business Plans
-Project Management for tasks defined by management and according to abilities
