Position summary
To provide day to day support to customer and all sales personal re material supply and other sales administration matters including money collection, production / stock management.

Key accountabilities / major areas of responsibility
1.Control & monitor Money Collection. Money collection reports to be issued to all sales Engineers by 5th working day of each month. Day to day follow up with customers and staff on outstanding collections.
2. Control & update cost & price. Regular review of internal price lists.
Advise of unexpected cost increases.
3. Handle all import & export product supply orders and any associated issues related. Maintain a high level of internal & external customer service at all times
4. Assist office manager to manage office matters as directed. Willing prompt support
5. File all product supply contracts. Efficient paperwork and filing. Office to be kept in a tidy professional state

Requirements:
1. Sales administration and or customer service experience in an Industrial sales environment
2. Fluent in both written & spoken English & Chinese TEM 8 will be prefer
3. Sound booking keeping & computer skills
