Job Title:   Finance Analysis Assistant (Probation)
Job Position:  Asia Head-quarter (Shanghai XTD)

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Be responsible for preparation of daily accounting activities for manufacturing operations. 
2. Be responsible for the basic office accountant role of the head-quarter.
3. Assist in consolidation of financial reports from branches.
4. Assist in preparing basic analysis reports according to IFRS & headquarters guideline.
5. Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments to meet the requirements of the organization.

Job Requirements:

1. University degree on accountancy or other finance related major. 
2. Relevant intern experience in general accounting or FA is preferred.
3. Proficiency in PC application, especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Good knowledge of accounting software would be an advantage
4. Fluent English with sound command of finance terms and professional writing. CET-6 at least.
5. Open-minded, proactive and honest
6. Strong team work awareness and ability to work under pressure with good communication skills 
7. Attend to details and with the ability to handle multi-tasks
