Responsibilities
Handle confidential information
Compose letters and takes minutes during meeting
Prepare letters, reports and documents
Answer telephone calls and takes messages
Schedule and arrange meetings
Make reservations and travel arrangements
Establish and maintain files and records
Prepare proposal
Requirements
Bachelor degree
Minimum 3 years experience in assistant/secretary related field
Excellent command of English
Familiar with MS-Office, Excel and PowerPoint
Good communication skill
Teamwork spirit
