OTR Intern

Preferred Majoring in International Trade, Business Administration, or Finance

Responsibilities:

1 Assist OTR employees in order fulfillment related tasks such as payment, data input, database maintenance, etc.

2 Take office administrative jobs such as photocopying, documentation and filing.

3 Provide secretarial assistance in meeting logistics, vendor contacting and errand.

Requirements:

1 Bachelor degree above. Master degree and major in international trade, business administration, or Finance preferred

2 Fluent in both spoken and written English

3 Good communication skills and team spirit. Willing to help and take more assignments than required.

4 Proficient in computer usage and MS Office applications.
