Position - Customer Relationship Manager

An International Software Company is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager for its Beijing representative office which is aimed to grow rapidly.

The company specializes in developing customized business intelligence systems for government, corporations and financial companies.

A candidate should have solid experience in the same job in IT (or consulting) industry, should have solid skills of through entire sales process specific to IT (or consulting) industry, from negotiation with the client (on the senior level of the persons who make decisions), presenting the software, preparing commercial proposals and presentations.

Requirements
3+ years of selling success in IT (or consulting) industry where the task is to sell not finished product but customized solution which should be implemented according to specific requirements
Presence of large clients base and real possibilities to enter the potential clients (government, corporations, enterprises, financial companies)
Strong face to face presentation skills
Ability to negotiate on the senior level of the persons who make decisions
Ability to generate ideas for the systems on the basis of clients demand and knowledge of market
Basic English is required (ability to communicate with the head office)
Ability to self-dependent work, responsibility, purposefulness

Functions
Identifying potential sectors and clients
Establishment business relationships with potential clients and partners
Negotiations on the senior level of the persons who make decisions
Making presentations
Generating ideas for potential clients

Compensation
Monthly salary + commission
