D002: Video architect or senior engineer : 2
1. Computer science or EE education background.
2. More than 3 years research/development experience in advanced video codec, including encoder, decoder, transcoder. Work experience on MPEG4, H.263, or H.264.
3. Good at C programming.
4. Desired: algorithm and code optimization for better performance on various Hardware/OS platform.
