岗位要求：
DEVELOPER MOBILE GAMES (J2ME)

We are searching for a highly motivated individual with a passion for mobile games for a permanent position as games developer, the person will have a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will work on high-profile videogames of all genres.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the lead developer and working with the Producer to develop video games for mobile handsets in J2ME
Working to schedules and hitting milestones
Actively participate in generating ideas for games, features and development methods
Improve development environment by working with the internal tools team
Focus on end user satisfaction
Work as part of the team in its search to continuously improve game quality
In short, the J2ME developer is responsible for developing games using J2ME technologies according to the design document and direction given by the Game Producer.

Requirements, Qualifications and Experience:

Understanding of the key issues surrounding mobile game development
Critical understanding and enjoyment of a wide variety of game genres
Good verbal communication, writing and presentation skills
Assertiveness and confidence
Flexibility and adaptability with a desire to learn
Ability to work independently on tasks with little supervision
PC literate
Keen interest in computer gaming
Ability to demonstrate game development experience with J2ME (should have demos to prove it)
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years experience as a mobile video game developer

Will highly value candidates with experience developing for DoJa, Symbian, Windows Mobile, PC platforms, handheld consoles, etc.

SERVER DEVELOPER (ONLINE MULTIPLAYER AND COMMUNITY GAMES)

We are searching for a highly motivated individual with a passion for fixed and mobile entertainment services for a permanent position as server technology developer for multiplayer online games. The successful candidate will work on high-profile PC and mobile networked games.

Responsibilities:
Work as part of a team developing server technology to enable real time and turn based networked games.
Working to schedules and hitting milestones
Actively participate in design, generating ideas features and development method improvements
Improve development environment by working with the internal tools team
Focus on end user satisfaction
Work as part of the team in its search to continuously improve quality
In short, the developer is responsible for developing server side technology to interact with client components via TCP/IP and HTTP over both fixed and mobile networks.

Requirements, Qualifications and Experience:
Understanding of the key issues surrounding online gaming development
Critical understanding and enjoyment of a wide variety of fixed, mobile and internet community services
Flexibility and adaptability with a desire to learn
Ability to work independently on tasks with little supervision
Keen interest in computer gaming

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience as a developer working on networked applications.
