Title: Technical Service Engineer 技术服务工程师

Location: Dongguan

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical service report to customers through Lab experiments
- Maximize product performance by working in customer plant to optimize manufacutring process
- Participate in development of new product or product modification, link customers to DuPont R&D organization
- Participate DuPont global technical network to support business
- Provide technical training to customers

Skill and Knowledge required:
- Education background: Master or above, major in material science, electronic materials, polymers or related
- Working in crystalline Si solar cell industry, LTCC, multilayer ceramic passive components for over 2 years is preferred
- Working experience in DuPont MicroCircuit Materials thick film product application is advantageous
- English: Good communication skill for both spoken and written
- Able to resolve the customer problem in the way of persistently and effectively.
- Be initiative to work independently or be cooperative in a global team to explore good solution for maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Able to travel frequently
