And because of Wang & Li's unique career advisory approach to candidates, this position also involves providing a good deal of coaching and guidance to job-seeking professionals who are actively developing their careers in China. Finally, Search Consultants are also encouraged to develop their professional resources and relationships through business development and networking activities within the international professional community of companies and individuals that we serve.

NO PREVIOUS RECRUITMENT AND HR EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE IS NECESSARY. Rather, we have a proven track record at developing those with the motivation, personality, and basic skill sets into very successful Search Consultant professionals. You may be well suited for this role if you have:

 At least 4+ years work experience, with 2+ years in an international company or working with international corporate clients.

 A broad knowledge of industries, job functions within commercial professions, and the business environment in China are also very helpful.

Wang & Li Associates are responsible for supporting the search case efforts of our Search Consultants, including responsibilities and involvement in candidate searches for our company clients, sourcing and pre-qualifying of new candidates, and other account servicing support activities.

岗位职责

 The main role of the BD manager is to actively nurture and develop new and existing corporate client relationships for a leading business services company by growing network of industry and business contacts, participation in professional networking events, and association with leading professional and alumni organizations.
