SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Works on localizing and developing kitchen cabinet and related components;
2. Provides technical guidance to less experienced engineers.
3. Coordinates activities with other functional areas, suppliers, contractors and consultants.
4. Translate kitchen concepts and drawings into actual products.
5. Do drawings for actual products and supervise junior technician for this, analyze all the orders from retail showrooms, projects include the sample and mass products.
6. Tightly support the own plant, give the full technical support as well.
7. Work closely with Product Designer, Sourcing Specialist, OEM plant, distributors, end customers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. College degree in Furniture Design or related Design material discipline.
2. Skilled using the kitchen software such as Kitchen Draw or YUANFANG or 2020 etc. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3DMAX. Also be familiar with the office ware as well.
3. Good speaking and writing skills in Chinese to effectively convey information, express opinions, English level should be passed CET-3 at least.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Good understanding of woodwork; electrical parts, mechanical engineering knowledge.
