Responsibilities:

- Manage innovation projects transition from product development to supply chain team
- Work closely with marketing for claim support, demo amplification and brand activities
- Carry out product laboratory evaluation under line manager's guidance
- Accountable for supporting supplier management, complaints and quality control
- Laundry industry & key competitor hotmove information collection and related report draft for sharing within core team
- Involved in local requirements input in gate meeting for innovation projects concept lock
- Accountable for technical input to related industrial associations and regulation affairs

Requirements:

- Good chemistry background, bachelor degree and above
- Basic lab practice
- Good command of both oral and written English
- Good command of PC skills
- Good and mature communication skills
- Internship in home and personal care relevant company is preferred
- Local technical support experience is preferred
- Integrity, down to earth, careful passionate and pay attention to details
- Willing to take challenge and work under pressure
