任职要求:
大专及以上学历,主修市场营销、财务、贸易、文秘、商务管理等相关专业;
College degree or above, majoring in Marketing, Finance, Secretary or relevant fields.
职位职责:
1.通过与客户、销售代表的充分沟通及和商务部的协调确保客户所需货物准确及时的发出,从而保证客户货源充足;定期与客户对帐,催款,最终保证公司货款的及时回笼和客户帐目的准确并配合商务部确保客户回执,对帐单的签收返回.
Be responsible for communicating and coordinating with customers, sales representatives and sales commercial department in order to ensure the accuracy of consignment; be responsible for checking account and asking payment from customers regularly to ensure the accuracy of account.
2.充分利用与客户保持的良好关系,通过对客户的关心和与之进行有效的交流,辅助所辖区域的销售代表共同进行客户管理。对于公司所有的促销政策,及时通知并解释给客户,使得公司的促销政策得以落实,最终共同保证完成公司下达的销售指标及其他项目的工作。
Be responsible for building up good relationship and supporting sales representative to mange customers; explaining specific promotion policies to the customers in order to achieve sales target and other relevant works.
3.以客户为导向,想客户所想,急客户所急,与客户进行充分有效的沟通,及时协调解决客户面临的各种问题包括直接患者的投诉,提供客户满意的客户服务。为了解决客户的各种需求,积极主动联系相关部门协调工作,确保客户对公司服务满意。同时,配合公司各相关部门工作,达到相关的目标。
Be responsible for communicating with and caring for customers, solving all kinds of questions for customers in time, including but not just limited to: responding to customers complains, providing sound customers’ services. To meet customers’ needs, taking active part in contacting and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure customers satisfaction and specific objectives
4.负责收集所辖区域内客户反映的市场信息,并及时给予反馈,以便公司随时了解促销活动的执行情况从而为下一步制定符合市场的战略部署提供信息。确保将客户的相关信息变更及时反馈给公司并监督完成修改。
Be responsible for collecting information from customers and reply in time; making actual sales report to support company for setting effective development strategy;
5. 根据公司的要求,担任办事处内部的其他行政、人事、财务管理等兼职工作,保证办事处正常运行,配合办事处正规化建设。

6.根据要求以周为单位完成报告,保证报告的及时性与内容质量。
