BJ Business QC Technician--- Synthesis and Sequencing

Essential Functions


1.Perform daily Synthesis and Sequencing QC testing(including raw material test and finished goods test) strictly follow site quality control system, provide test report;

2.Participate BJ Site ISO 9001 Certification Quality Control part preparation;

3.Responsible for Sequence Part customer compliance investigation, communicate with customer, provide investigation report, collect data for customer compliance, monthly perform data analysis, report the trend of customer compliance;

4.Have active and effective communication with Quality Control supporting worldwide, business units and customers;

5.Provide active and necessary Quality control supports per regulatory and business requirement;

6.Be willing to initiate and lead Continuous Improvement Projects following Company’s Functional Excellence tool like (GB, Six Sigma, 5S);

7.Executing other tasks assigned by the management;

Education:

Requires a minimum of bachelor’s degree in B.Sc. degree in Biology, Chemistry, bio-engineering or related science

Experience:

High enthusiasm and devotion, work hard and earnest;
Willing to work under pressure, self-starting and self-inspiring;
Be honest and open, excellent interpersonal communication skill, ability of social activity and collaboration;
Have high ability for on-job learning;
Innovating with good independent working ability;
Energetic team spirit;
Must have a minimum of 2 years as a Quality Control technician，Quality Engineering experience and or certification is a plus.
Can be read and written in English.
Experience in an ISO 9001 Quality Systems experience
Experience with common continuous improvement tools a plus (e.g., six sigma, SPC) 硕士学历的话，接受应届毕业生
