We are looking for enthusiastic and innovative software designers to join our team. You are self-motivated, good at problem solving, team work and communication, and if you enjoy investigating and resolving complex software issues, have the ability to prioritize task, along with the other qualifications listed below, welcome to join us!
This opportunity is in R&D department, based in Beijing.
Responsibilities include software researching, testing, implement and maintenance to meet customer and Polycom needs.
职位资格：
1. 计算机科学、电子工程、自动化，或计算机体系结构、软件工程、信号与信息处理、通信工程、多媒体等专业
2. 硕士在读
职位要求：
1. 熟练使用C/C++编程语言
2. 有以下技能其一者
A）熟悉语音或图像压缩算法，有TI DSP或其他DSP编程经验或x86 MMX/SSE编程经验更佳
B）熟悉网络通信编程，了解H.323/SIP协议，并在此基础做过具体项目
C）熟练使用Linux操作系统，对内核和驱动有较深刻的认识
D）有Web编程经验，熟悉Java, Javascript, Ajax等
E）有嵌入式系统图形界面编程经验
3. 良好的沟通能力和协作精神
4. 英语读写熟练，有一定的英语口语表达能力
