Responsibilities
1.Providing general administrative support to VP HR A/P and HP A/P team
2.Proactively managing meeting schedule for VP HR to ensure time is prioritized and optimized
3.Business travelling arrangement for VP HR including make travelling request, flight/hotel booking etc.
4.Processing Purchase Orders for HR team and managing invoicing, and payments following company finance and procurement policies
5.Supports HR team member requests as assigned
Requirements
1.University degree in related field is required
2.Fluent written & spoken English, German is Plus
3.Good communication skills and excellent self organization
4.Able to work independently
5.Ability to prioritize tasks, and be able to work effectively under pressure
6.A good team player,ability to work successfully in a team environment
7.Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
8.Proficiency Outlook,Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows is required. Familiar with outlook calendar system
