职责
1.根据脚本的需要，找出与影片气质相符合的演员。议价及磋商详细拍摄资料
2.试镜：协助选角总监/导演、与演员沟通，带演员入戏，培养演员的情绪。发挥演员最大潜质，试出脚本中要求的效果
3.协助选角总监/导演处理一切选角事务，并可以独当一面
4.准备所有的相应文件、合同及录像（剪辑试镜录像）
5.协调演员于拍摄现场所有问题、演员资料整理及器材维护
职位基本要求：
本科以上学历、计算机应用熟练
中、英语听说读写流利、需两年或以上工作经验
性格开朗、喜爱与不同楷层、年龄、国籍的人相处
诚实守信，品质优良 责任心强 细致认真
超强人际沟通能力、社会关系广泛、反应快，品行端正，吃苦耐劳具有较强的抗压能力
熟悉影视制作流程、有相关经验优先考虑
（如无工作经验但流利日语/韩语者同样考虑）

Responsibilities:
1.Find out talents According to the script
2.Casting: help casting director communicating with actors, make them enter into the spirit of a character
3.Help casting director handle all things about casting, and assume sole responsibility for a certain sector
4.Provide all files, contracts and vdos relevantly
5.Assist actors handle problems in locale

Requirement
The first language must be English.
Good at computer operating
Pleasant personality, good communication with people from different countries
Commitment to objectives, honesty and trustworthiness
Good at interpersonal communication, bright,aggressive, compressive strength
