职位一: Senior HRM Consultant:
Senior HRM Consultant
1. Consulting Service:
Coordinating and supporting the strategic consulting services and products to clients, and also responsibility of maintain clients relationship
Responsible to the Competency relative consulting (including HRM solution & Competence based products etc.) in delivering, research, development and promotion
Responsibility of psychology relative programs / projects development and delivering
Technical support to the marketing & sales function if need.
Promote relevant training of programs for both EAP and others if other function need
Liaison with consulting resources from both internal and external sources
Coordinating projects / program as a Project Manager or Consultant Director with support from other team or function
Support to the expert and freelance relationship development and maintenance
2. Assistant Operation Manager
Assistant boss to handle all operation matters
Develop and maintain company service quality control system
Be responsible for increase company professional image
Co-operation with the motivation and climate development
Communicate within company and external partners to and from the team members
Main duties or responsibilities:
1. Analyze the needs of clients and help clients understand them well, furthermore clarify and make the objectives of consulting project with clients.
2. Draft out the consulting proposal for clients.
3. Design, testing or assessment tools needed for consulting project, subsequently improve and perfect them with clients’ suggestion or requirements.
4. Finish data statistical analysis in consulting projects.
5. Complete reports of consulting projects or slides for presentation.
6. Take charge in answering questions or requirements from clients.
7. Support marketing and sales activities in technology if needs
8. Support Tecwit’s occasional demands if possible.
Basic Requirements for the jobholder:
Educational Background: Master in Psychology or Management
Working experience: At least 1 years experience in company or 3 practical related projects

Job description
Using the telephone or, increasingly, the web, youll contact selected customers in a designated market or accounts area, selling them CIIC-Tecwit products to meet set targets.
Initially working under the guidance of a sales representative, youll become increasingly independent and pro-active as you move up the scale. Advanced people tend to develop specialist areas of knowledge and are appointed in line with the requirements of the business.

Qualifications

职位三:HRM BDer:
1. Business Development
Responsible for the business development.
Assistant Supervisor to handle new products reaching, developing and marking promotion
Develop and maintain company service quality control system
Responsible for increasing company professional image
Collect and identify information of marketing needs & trends and develop yearly plan
Explore and keep the relationship with clients, and keep tracking of all the potential clients, projects and cooperation partners
Support Consulting Division to develop new products / training program to maximally satisfy clients
Meet business target
2. Support to other projects/division:
Cooperate with Consulting Division for Tecwit marketing, training programs’ designing and marketing, Tecwit website and Tecwit introduction update
Support some of activities by drafting promotion marketing materials, presentation, recommending qualified speakers for sharing and seminars
Support other division’s work whenever necessary, such as contracts and presentation drafting, proofreading and translation, overseas correspondence drafting and etc.
Main duties or responsibilities:
