职位描述：
Job description
1、负责酒店日常招聘，包括：招聘计划拟定、紧缺人员补充、招聘渠道拓展等。
Responsible for overall hotel recruiting, including: recruitment planning, urgent staff recruiting and recruitment channel developing.
2、负责酒店内部人力资源规划，包括：人员编制计划、人员调配、后备人才培养等。
Responsible for hotel internal human resource planning, including: employee manning review, movement. succession planning and etc.
3、保持与学校合作的关系，定期招聘实习生，管理实习生。
Fosters relationships with high potential technical school/college for campus recruitment.
4、负责人事软件的使用，提供各类报表及数据。
Responsible for maintaining HRIS and providing data and report.
任职资格：
Requirements:
1、年龄25-35岁。
Age between 25 to 35.
2、大专以上学历，人力资源管理或其它相关管理专业。
College diploma and above in human resource related studies.
3、持有CET-6级以上证书，能熟练使用英文进行交流。
CET-6 and above, fluency in English communication is a must.
4、2年以上招聘工作经验。
More than 2 years working experience in recruiting.
5、有酒店工作经验者优先。
Prior hotel experience will be a plus.
