Main tasks:
• Leading a development/verification team of 10-12 people in order to reac
h project goals
• Resource planning
• Prioritization of tasks
• Follow-up of team work status
• Coaching and guiding team members
• (proj man) Prepare project plan and lead project execution
Skills
• Mandatory:
o Team leader experience
o Practical experience in SW development/verification
o Full project lifecycle experience
o Unix/Linux practical experience
o (Proj man) project management experience
• Very beneficial:
o Knowledge of Agile and iterative development process
• Beneficial:
o Certified Scrum Master
o Telecom knowledge
o Java practical experience
o Test automation experience
Position: SW engineer
Main tasks:
• SW module design
• Implementation
• Module and functional test (each SW developer engineer will be involved
in testing!)
Skills
• Mandatory:
o C++ or Java practical experience
o Oracle programming experience (for selected candidates)
o Practical experience in SW development/verification
o Full project lifecycle experience
• Very beneficial:
o Unix/Linux practical experience
o CORBA knowledge
o Knowledge of Agile and iterative development process
• Beneficial:
o Certified Scrum Master
o Telecom knowledge
o IP and networking knowledge
o Test automation experience

Position: Verification / Deployment engineer
Main tasks:
• Test planning and test case design
• Integration and system (performance, capacity, stability and compatibili
ty) testing
• Regression and sanity check
• Test automation
• Preparing deployment and installation instructions
Skills
• Mandatory:
o Linux/Unix experience
o Oracle DB administration experience (for selected candidates)
o Practical experience in SW verification
o Knowledge of IP and switching

o EMC experience
o CORBA knowledge
