Job title: Lawyer or Legal Associate
Job description: For its investment projects in China, a global US $5 Billion Private Equity Company, with a 35-year history, is seeking a corporate lawyer or legal associate. Office located at China World Tower, Chaoyang District, Beijing.
Requirement:
Excellent English speaking and writing skills are required.
Good knowledge of banking business, investment, M&A, and etc.
Highly motivated and be able to work independently.
Prior working experience inside international law firms will be preferred.
