A. 总体描述
General administrative support for office.
2 year relevant working experience.
B. 主要工作职责
1. Maintain/coordinate General Manager's appointment schedules
2. Assist expats and international employees relocation and settlement in China
3. Visa program for both Shanghai and expats
4. Office supplier & furniture, fax/copier maintenance
5. Company transportation arrangement
6. Staff contract and filing management
7. New hiring induction
8. Word process, spreadsheet preparation
