岗位职责

(a) Input data into a computer system using established formats;

(b) Write out prices on the white board for brokers' reference;

(c) Update data information on the pricing platform;

(d) Verify the accuracy of data at time of entry on the screen or from printed reports;

(e) Perform a variety of tasks such as logging and maintaining statistical data, keeping records and perform related duties as assigned.

(a) College graduates;

(b) Quick response and high sensitivity to figures;

(c) Proficient to MS Office and PC operation;

(d) Knowledge of modern office procedure and practices; correct punctuation and numerical usage;

(e) Ability to learn quickly the operating principles of data entry equipment;

(f) Good understanding of oral and written instructions;

(g) Able to perform routine and repetitive clerical input duties.
