France Telecom (Beijing) Internship Opportunity

We are opening a new position intern in our R&D Beijing lab for a position of Assistant of HR&A Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Reporting line:
Report to HRA manager
• Main activities:
1. Assist HR manager about the files in and out
2. Being in charge of about the management of the staff filing;
3. Being in charge of the interns management;
4. Assist HR manager about the recruitment
5. Other HR related work
6. Assist the CEO assistant when she needs assistant;
Position requirements:

1. University student ,with HR or business-related majors is preferred
2. Strong responsibilities, team player;
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills;
4. Good command of written and spoken English, French is a plus.
5. Computer skills: Good in MS office, particularly excel,
6. at least 3days a week for at least 3 months
