We are looking to develop breakthrough technology to power an innovative online video customer experience for users around the world.

To help build this cutting-edge solution, we are looking for a talented and passionate Software Development Engineers,Software Development Engineers in Test,Program Manager,IT Operator to join our rapidly growing team.You will be responsible for the design of the architecture,dBevelopment or the systematic testing of the products and services for our new digital media solution. You would be working in close collaboration with Researchers, Program Managers, and Product Designers in a open, creative environment. The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:
1. Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is required and a graduate degree is strongly preferred.
2. Independent, energetic, highly technical, and capable of driving through results under pressure and ambiguity.
3. Demonstrated coding skills in C/C++/C# or other related programming languages.
4. Knowledge of Flash, Ruby, Linux, and any open source technologies is a plus.
5. Knowledge of video codecs and video compression is also highly desirable (but not required).
