Summary
EMC is seeking an smart and passionate student to help us execute and develop automated regression test suites to streamline the product testing. We wish successful candidates could be on board on early March and work for at least 4 monthes. Minimum 24hrs/week working time is required.
Responsibilities
* Design test cases to improve test coverage, automate as many as possible
* Execute both manual and automation test according to test plan;
* Analysis bugs and generate bug report
* Create, maintain and extend the automated test cases code
* Troubleshoot test case and test harness infrastructure failures
* Effectively communicate and collaborate with the development team
Education: Computer science or related, Bachelors (technical) or equivalent experience, Master preferred
Skills and Experience:
* Good programming skills, C/C++ preferred
* At least familar with 1 scripting language, shell/perl etc
* Familar to work under Unix environments, like Linux/Solaris ... etc
* Strong problem solving skills, being able to work with least instruction
* Understanding of software life cycle
* Excellent communication skills, must be a team player
* Willingness to take challenge and learn new technologies continuously
* Passion to learn from test work
* Good English
