Intern Position - Cashier

Currently we are seeking 1 student to join us for the internship.

Interns who are exceptional in performance and prove to be an asset to the company may be offered the opportunity for our full-time position upon his/her graduation from the university. Thus we prefer those bachelor students in the last year of university currently.

He/She will be responsible for the above daily tasks:

Job Responsibility:

1.Check out company staff reimbursement, e.g: travel/transportation claim, payment requisition, entertainment form etc.

2.Arrangement with bank

3.Internal system maintenance

4.Claim accrual list in month end to GL accountant

5.Clean up airfare fee

6.New staff orientation and issue consultation

7.Other responsibility assigned by treasury manager

Job Qualification:

1.Finance or related education background

2.Fluent English in oral and written

3.Attention to details, high accuracy, punctual

4.She/He could work under pressure and good team spirits

5.Strong MS Office application skills

6.At least 4 days available for a week
