We are currently seeking 20 junior IT engineers who will provide Level 1 help desk support for a major US based company. The role will require very good written and oral English skills as well as strong IT skills.
The role will entail shift duty for approximately 3 to 6 months after which you will rotate out of the help desk team to provide standard hours Level 2 support or join another Symphony development team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for help desk:
1. Respond to typical Level 1 help desk requests and trouble tickets. Trouble tickets would include re-setting of passwords, trouble shoot printer problems, trouble shoot PC and application problems.
对水平1的桌面需求和问题做出反馈。此类问题主要包括:重新设置密码;打印机解决问题;台式电脑问题以及应用程序问题。
2. Respond to email requests and trouble tickets from end users based in the United States. Resolve issue or escalate the issue
对EMAIL的问题做出反馈,此类问题主要来自美国的终端用户。解决此类或更高级的问题。
3. Respond to telephone requests from end users based in the United States and trouble shoot user problems on the phone.
对美国的终端做出反馈并解决问题,主要是电话方面问题。
4. Log trouble tickets and escalate to Level 2 support as required.
登陆问题以及水平2要求的支持。
Essential duties for software engineer after help desk assignment:
1. Own initiatives taken within the development team to anticipate future client requirements

2. Fix any bugs in the code
在编码中解决错误
3. Implement (coding) new requirements

4. Design new requirements
设计新需求
5. Review the designs of subordinates
评审下属的设计
6. Review QA test cases

7. Review technical documents
评审技术文件
8. Support QA / Support / Technical Documentation teams on technical issues
9. Report to team lead on daily activities

10. Estimate development activities
