1.Study and follow up the 802.11n standard.
2.Survey and investigate the 802.11n products.
3.Test/analysis the performance of 802.11n chipsets/products.

Education Background required:
Master Major in Communication or Computer networking

Skill Required:
1.Good knowledge of computer network.
2.Good reading English
3.Good shell programming skills under linux
4.Wlan experience is a plus

Job Description:
- Work closely with validation team to participate in analyzing and investigation for the concepts and requirements of product
- Develop test cases to ensure the product’s conformance to requirements, standards
- Participate in testing and validating the product from system level

Education Background required:
- Master or BE in Communication/ Computer Science/ Electronics

Skill Required:
- Solid background in digital communication theory and information theory
- Good understanding of video encoding/coding techniques (MPEG-2, MPEG-4, H.264, AVS, etc.).
- Good understanding of video broadcast (DVB, ATSC…) or Networks and Telecom area (Video of IP, IPTV…)
- Be familiar with Perl is a good plus

- Work very closely with validation team to understand automation test requirement on each product;
- Participation in the automation test script development of various projects;
- Maintenance the automation test system, and provide the technical support;
- Working on automation test team to improve the automation test in Beijing validation LAB.

- Master or BE in Computer Science/ Electronics/ Informatics/ Automation

Skill Required:
- Outstanding ability in C programming, C++ programming or Perl programming;
- Outstanding understanding in Computer technology;
- Experience on equipment control or remote control.

Provide secretarial and administrative support for CPS Beijing groups by:
-Performing clerical duties, such as:
-Drafting correspondence
-Organizing & maintaining paper and electronic files
-Handling information requests and preparing reports;
-Arranging conference
-Receiving visitors
-Scheduling appointments/meetings
-Organizing business itineraries, travel arrangements, conferences, meetings, and social functions
-Provide written & oral translation support
-Over viewing and providing assistance in the purchase of equipment
-Other business case or department related issues when asked for assistance

Education Background required:
-Bachelor degree and above in related major ;
-Fluent in both oral and written English and Mandarin;
-Proficient computer skills with sound knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc;

-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
