职位描述：
1.依据公司政策和规定，完成工艺操作；
2.翻班制工作，在班组中发挥作用，提高生产效率；
3.参与并支持有关工厂环境，生产安全，人员健康的计划；
4.有效参与设备和工艺的持续改进和提高。
职位要求：
1.包装及相关专业毕业、大专学历毕业、欢迎应届毕业生加入；
2.通过CET-4，具备良好的英语口语和写作能力；
3.从事操作工作、并愿意翻班；
4.具备良好的人际沟通能力；
5.清晰的逻辑思维者为佳。
