ADP (Accelerated Development Program)管理培训生是一个为期两年的轮岗项目,旨在塑造英格索兰的未来管理者。在项目期内,ADP管理培训生将至少在两个业务部门进行轮岗。通过不同的轮岗任务,培训生的核心能力得到发展,多样化的工作经验得以积累,为其在英格索兰的成功职业生涯做准备。
职位要求:
1. 2008年应届毕业生,硕士研究生或本科学历,至多三年工作经验。
2. 制冷、机电、自动化、工业工程等相关专业。
3. 英语达到CET六级或以上,熟练使用计算机及各类办公软件。
4. 具有良好的人际沟通能力,团队合作和领导潜力。

Description:
The Accelerated Development Program (ADP) is a 24-month rotational program designed to shape the future leaders of Ingersoll Rand. ADP members will hold positions in a least two business unit locations. Rotational assignments are intentionally designed to provide diverse developmental experiences and strengthen core skills to prepare for a successful career within Ingersoll Rand. Opportunities in various functional areas are available in this program, as Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Development, Finance and Human Resource.
Qualifications:
1. 2008 graduates with Master or Bachelor degree, less than 3 yrs working experience.
2. Major in Refrigeration, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, etc.
3. Excellent command of English (CET-6 or above) and computer skill.
4. Good team player, strong interpersonal skill and leadership potential.
