Intern (Operation department)

主要职责：
- 对冲基金（股票/债券/衍生品）的交易处理
- 与客户、主经纪人、托管人核对交易记录、资金、持仓等信息，解决交易误差，确保交易数据完整和准确
- 运用彭博(Bloomberg)软件查找海外证券的公司编码、市场价格及股息债息等信息
岗位要求：
- 金融、财务、会计或相关专业大三学生
- 思路清晰、考虑问题细致、分析解决问题及学习能力强，有良好的英语沟通能力
- 有良好的团队合作精神，能在紧张的工作环境中很好的完成任务
- 能熟练操作办公室软件（特别是数据表格）
- 每月月初第一个星期能够保证来上班
Job Responsibility：
- Basic understanding of settlements for generic equities, fixed income and derivative products
- Conduct daily trade capture and confirmation 
 Process trades
 Perform cash and holding reconciliations 
 Confirmation of client trades by phone, fax or electronic mail 
 Identify trade breaks and resolve discrepancies 
- Process Corporate Actions for securities held in client portfolio, including cash and stock dividends, stock splits, mergers and acquisitions
Qualifications required: 
- Undergraduates, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Computer skills and proficient in spreadsheets and word processing 
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Be able to work full-time in first week of every month
