NOVO NORDISK International Trainee Program Overview
Program Introduction:
Novo Nordisk International trainee Program started from year 2001 in headquarters in Denmark. After that, it starts in all affiliates in Novo Nordisk. The aim of this program is to grow those graduates’ talents with Novo Nordisk value and culture heritage from top universities all over the world.
Target candidates:
Newly graduated，IT related major
Master’s degree
Outstanding academic results
Fluent English speaking and writing
Active in other activities than study and work (such as student’s organization, political and social involvement)
Good communicator and self-starter with teamwork spirit
Program Contents ：
IT Management (1 vacancy)
A one and half year program consisting of two or three challenging six-month assignments – the first rotation is in China; the second is in HQ (Denmark) and/or in other affiliates, which will supply great chances to develop broad business knowledge & skills via hands-on experience.
80% on job learning based on project, 20% training and coaching - extensive contact with peers and senior business leaders from around the world.
