Responsibility:
1) Order and maintain office supplies, and keeps records for office supply inventory. Maintains a reasonable inventory level of the office supplies.
2) Ensures that everyone follows the approved procedures to order office supplies.
3) Take unremitting efforts to manage office supplies quality under cost targets.
4) Advises the most economical way of mail and parcel delivery to staff prior to delivery.
5) Ensures that everyone follows the approved mail and parcels delivery procedure.
6) Ensures all the mails and parcels are delivered on a timely basis.
7) Answers each telephone call in a timely fashion and forwards it to the appropriate Employee.
8) Screens all calls with right manner
9) Provides clear and helpful information to walk-in clients, job applicants, delivery personne, and suppliers in a professional manner.
10) Works with guards to ensure all visitors with a visitor badge and appropriate record.

Qualification:
1.College or university graduates
2.Good communication skills
3.Good spoken and written English
4.Relevant experience or internship will be preferred

Position requirement as a common: team player, result oriented, English Language ability with good verbal/written skills. Familiar with Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint. Preferable experiences working in foreign investment company.
