1.Serve as technical expert on assigned products, providing day-to-day interna
l support and to customers to meet needs of sales, service and result in the n

2.Prepare internal training materials and provide product training to employee
s as needed to maintain their product competence at appropriate levels
3.Assist in the arrangement of all regional conferences, exhibitions and produ
ct seminars
4.Assist in development of marketing collateral material, including brochures,
technical notes, white papers, sales demonstration materials, technical prese
ntations, web site presence
5.Keep generally well informed about competitors’ products and capabilities th
us generating competitor analysis from technical point of view
6.Translate user manual, sales manual and adjust to local situation and local
needs
7.Search and translate the latest news and technology of all related products
8.Manage communications to customers at all levels to maintain positive relati
onships.
9.Creating the buying preference of Zeiss products with technical influencers
and in-depth assessment of customer needs
10.Advises sales and management team on customer requirements, sales strategie
s, products development
