Our Beijing Office is ready to welcome qualified college graduates to
provide IT consulting services. To work synchronously with US main
offices, you need to work at US time (9:00pm ? 7:00am), which implies great challenge but also extraordinary rewards.
Responsibilities
√ Source and recruit candidates for IT (e.g., Business Analyst, System Engineers)
√ Recruit highly qualified candidates through the use of Internet services, referrals, user groups and other innovative means
√ Contact, interview and check references of potential employees. Responsible for hiring permanent and contract employees
√ Handle complete full cycle recruiting
√ Conduct phone screens
√ Negotiate salary and hourly rates with candidates, explain benefits package
√ Manage a high volume of open requirements
Qualification
√ Outstanding communications skills in English
√ Computer Science/Information Systems or Electrical Engineering background is necessary
√ Strong interest and enthusiasm in HR and recruiting business Career
√ Innovative thinking and developing new and more efficient ways to recruit
√ Ability to handle multiple priorities in a highly time-critical and high pressure environment
√ Familiarity in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint helpful
