Key responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and taking messages;
- Greet clients, other visitors and direct them to appropriate staff;
- Hotel and Air ticket booking;
- ShippingMailing and faxing: For example, receive and distribute mail to all staffs, or handle light inbound and outbound shipping, mailing, and faxing.
- Restocking and controlling of office supplies including stationery, toner and paper, coffee, tea, and water, etc.
- Interact with cleaning, property management, and security crew
- Maintain schedules and other information
- Assist with office works assigned.
- Assist in office document and web page creation
Requirements:
- College degree or above;
- Proficient in listening, speaking and written English;
- Computer literate;
- Good communication skill both in English & Chinese (oral & written)
- Effective communication skill and teamwork spirit.
- Cheerful, friendly, attention to details, eager to learn, and know how to multitask if needed
