现招HR intern一名

Job scope

1.    Assistant management of  Staff  Personal File
2.    Assistant to the management of the contracts.
3.    Assistant to the management of the certificates (such as Temporary Resident, VISA, etc)
4.    Assistant to the arrangement of the interview
5.    Assistant to the arrangement of Training
6.    Assistant to the house management
7.    Receive and deliver documents, deal with the documents
8.    Give suggestion to the HR team to improve the management level.
9.    Other add job delegated by manager

Requirement
1.    Bachelor Degree (SZ University)
2.    Major in HR or English or MBA
3.    Familiar with the Microsoft Tools ( WORD, EXCEL, PPT)
4.    Good spoken, written, read in English
5.    Chariness and patient
