Warehouse supervisor

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE (State the minimum requirements to meet the demands of the job)

Education (academic / professional): University degree above,  knowledge of logistics, business process, IT system

Years of relevant experience(local, regional, global, technical / specialized etc): Minimum 4 year working experience and minimum 2 year supervisor experience in warehousing, logistics industry, retail, trading, freight forwarding environment and other related area, preferred in similar capacity.

Competencies (knowledge, skills and capabilities):

1.       Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.

2.       Well understanding and master the warehouse operation

4.       Good logical thinking and analysis abilities

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

1.         Report to and support the operation manager at assigned factory locations.

2.         Make daily/weekly plan for inbound/outbound activities.

3.         Maintain the warehouse operation running smoothly and keep it in the control of SOP

4.         Responsible for inventory control and analysis

5.         Solve the occurred urgent issues and problems in timely manner.

6.         Make the regular report and explain to management.

7.         Compliance of security and safety requirement during the operation

8.         Coordination with customers and other internal function teams.

9.         Coach the warehouse staffs regular and measure their performance.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY：

2.         Data entry into SAP & tracking systems.

3.         Maintain data analyses in internal system.

4.         Daily PO status follow up.

5.         Dealing with overseas orders

6.         Assist in the coordination and preparation of report for order supervisor/operation manager.

7.         Coordination with other function team.
